Follow-up survey for health care workers during COVID
AAA
How are healthcare workers sleeping and feeling during COVID-19?
As your colleagues working with you during this trying time, we sent you a survey back in May asking about what this pandemic did to your sleep, home life and professional life. You answered then and we listened. Thank you.
It's now been 9 months and counting and we are back. We want to see how things have changed, for better of worse, during the second wave of this pandemic.
We are sending out a follow-up survey about how you are feeling and sleeping as health care workers during this ongoing public health crisis. Just like last time, the survey is short, voluntary and ANONYMOUS. We don't ask your name, none of your answers can be traced back to you nor will they affect you or your job in any way.
By answering the questions below, you agree to participate in this study. This study has been approved by the University at Buffalo Institutional Review Board.
Thank you,
Drs. Amanda Hassinger, Archana Mishra, Ryan Breuer Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics, Divisions of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, University at Buffalo, Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences
